The Principals of Benefit Tax Link, Carl DeRiso, CFCI and Geraldine Tancredi, CFCI have more than 30 years experience in administration of Section 125 Cafeteria Plans, Premium only and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) programs.

Benefit Tax Link is a member organization of The Employers Council of Flexible Compensation (ECFC). Both Carl and Geri have the CFCI professional designation which is the Certified Flexible Compensation Instructor.
